Where is Onu Studio based?

Onu Studio is based in Melbourne, Australia. Our pieces are designed and 3D printed locally, layer by layer.

How are Onu lamps made?

Each lamp begins as a design that goes through sketches, prototypes and refinements before being 3D printed layer by layer. This process allows us to create distinctive forms while carefully considering both aesthetics and functionality.

What material are your lamps made from?

Our 3D-printed lamp components are made using PLA, a commonly used plant-derived material for 3D printing.

Will every lamp look exactly the same?

Due to the nature of 3D printing, you may notice subtle layer lines or small variations between pieces. These are a natural part of the manufacturing process and make each piece slightly unique.

Does my lamp come with a light bulb?

Yes. Our Lumi Lamp includes an E27 0.9W bulb, so it's ready to bring a warm glow to your space.

How long is the power cable?

The Lumi Lamp comes with an approximately 1.8-metre power cable, giving you flexibility when placing it around your home.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free local delivery across Melbourne and delivery is also available Australia-wide.

How long will my order take?

As our pieces are produced in small quantities, preparation times may vary depending on availability and order volume. You'll receive updates regarding your order and delivery after purchasing.

Can I track my order?

If tracking is available for your delivery method, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be happy with your Onu piece. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for eligibility, timeframes and instructions before returning an item.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and help you with the next steps.

Can I place a custom or bulk order?

For custom requests, larger quantities, collaborations, wholesale opportunities or other business enquiries, please contact us directly. Availability will depend on the project and production capacity.
