We want you to love your Onu Studio piece. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully before making your purchase.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at onustudio.aus@gmail.com before returning your item.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at onustudio.aus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

For eligible change-of-mind requests, we offer exchanges rather than refunds.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll confirm whether your exchange has been approved. Your replacement item will then be arranged, subject to availability.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
